Cafés, restaurants, and bars are closed until further notice due to a surge in Covid-19 cases in France, but that doesn’t mean they can’t still do takeaway. Many have created warm and festive pass-through areas, and offer both food and beverages, some even have holiday mulled wine (vin chaud).
